The Majority of the photos on the site have been sent to me by crew or relatives and so I may not have put the correct, if any copyright information on them. Since re designing the site I have gone through my old emails and attempted to add copyright notices on all relevent photos but due to losing several emails since starting the site in 2003 there are several missing and marked as unknown. Please EMAIL THE SITE if you have sent any of the photos in and would like the copyright ammended.

The video of Edinburgh's launch was requested and aquired from the BBC Pathe website for the specific purpose of use on this website

I originally found the 'Gold From The Deep' video on YouTube, although it is no longer available. It can also be found on other websites. As it is a BBC documentary then they hold the copyright for it. As I understand, the documentary was made by John Gau Productions/Films and was shown on Christmas Day 1981

Since first publishing the website in 2003, I have been sent in various newspaper articles, letters, clippings, etc in reference to HMS Edinburgh and the salvage of her gold for use on the site by relatives and people with an interest. The 'Life On Board' and 'Salvage' page have these articles hopefully copied word for word, to make it more accessible for people to read them. I DO NOT claim to have authored any of these articles. The authors have been credited next to each article and I have linked PDF copies of the original article to the relevent page and download pages.
